Jewellery Care

Kindly care for your Annadria jewellery to ensure it lasts. Delicate and diligent care will help preserve its beauty, and may minimise the need for future repair and restoration.

How should I care for my jewellery?

  • As with most jewellery, avoid contact with water, lotions, perfumes, and other chemicals. The general rule when dressing is that your Annadria jewellery should be the last item put on and the first item taken off.
  • The dainty and handcrafted nature of our jewellery demands handling with care at all times. Gemstones in particular are delicate in nature and susceptible to chipping and scratches when struck. Avoid tugging at your jewellery or placing heavy objects on top of it as this can cause damage or wring it out of shape. Always remove your jewellery before engaging in laborious chores or activities that may cause unnecessary wear.
  • Body oils, chemicals and dirt will eventually dull the appearance of any jewellery piece. To slow this natural-occurring process, gently clean your jewellery with a soft cloth after each wear.
  • When not in use, it is best to store your jewellery in a pouch or box specifically intended for jewellery to protect it from scratches. Keep it away from direct sunlight and moisture, as metals and gemstones can get damaged when exposed to such elements.
