Shop Policies


Kindly note that by purchasing a piece of Annadria bijouterie, you are agreeing to the following terms of our shop policies. 

Payment

Orders are processed only after payment is received. We have enabled a currency converter on our webstore for the convenience of international customers. Do however note that currency will be converted to SGD upon payment at checkout.

We are pleased to accept payment through Paypal, Apply Pay or various credit cards through Stripe.

Orders & shipping

Exchange & refunds

Kindly note that all Annadria items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

The only instance a refund may be made is if your bijouterie arrives damaged or is lost in the mail, and we are unable to issue a replacement due to its singularity. In which case we would require you to contact us at orders@annadria.com immediately. You will be required to fill out a form before a refund or replacement (if possible) may be processed. 

In the rare and unlikely event that an item(s) arrives damaged, it must be returned by trackable registered mail, insured, to Annadria in its original and unworn condition, for inspection and review. Shipping costs will be borne by Annadria only if an item is confirmed to be defective by us.

All custom and special orders cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. In the event your item requires alteration or repairing, such services are available (see below).

We are not liable for items which have been damaged by customer's negligence, misuse, or general wear and tear. To learn how you can better care for your bijouterie, please take the time to read through our Jewellery Care guide.

Discrepancies

Our pieces are delicately handcrafted in small batches at our little Singapore and Hong Kong studios. As much as we endeavour to recreate each Annadria design identically, the handcrafted nature of our work, limited materials supply and use of natural stones may cause pieces to differ slightly. This only adds to its unique beauty and is not a defect by any means. 

We do our best to represent the colors accurately in our photographs, but colours can vary between computer monitors. 

Alterations & repairs

Need your bracelet lengthened? Necklace accidentally got snagged? Our jewellery artisans are happy to help if you require alterations or repairs to your Annadria bijouterie at any time. This service is subject to a craftsmanship fee dependent on materials and labour involved, and customers are responsible for the necessary shipping fees.
